Healthy Diet is the most effective way to get healthy hair, as the hair requires nourishment to maintain its health. Here are some dietary tips with some healthy foods to include in your everyday diet.






Nuts - Nuts help improve the health of your hair and scalp. Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids which may help condition and moisturize your hair. Also, cashews, pecans, and almonds are high in zinc. Women with zinc deficiencies may face excess hair loss and including nuts to your diet may help reduce this problem.

Eggs - Eggs and other low-fat dairy products are good sources of protein, which is necessary for healthy hair. You can also use other dairy products into your diet such as yogurt, cottage cheese, and milk.

Green Leafy Vegetables - Green leafy vegetables are rich in B vitamin known as folic acid or folate, which helps to carry nutrients to your scalp through the creation of red blood cells.
